Purchases
We offer purchases within the system, processed by Stripe, PayPal, or another equally renowned and secure payment gateway. Refunds and cancellations are governed by the policies of the store where the transaction was processed. It is your sole responsibility to contact them and request a refund and/or cancellation for any reason.

All legally our content (including, but not limited to, our logo, name, and brand) is our exclusive property. Using our services does not grant you the right to use this content.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use will be governed, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, regardless of conflicts of these laws with the laws of other states or countries, with the court of Santa Maria/RS, Brazil, being designated to resolve any doubts arising from this instrument. You expressly agree to the jurisdiction of this court and waive, at this moment, the jurisdiction of any other forum, however privileged it may be or may become.
